AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 22, 2024 – Kip Lewis and Jeff Eaton announce the launch of Lewis Eaton Investments, LLC (“LEI”), a real estate investment firm focusing on providing permanent housing solutions through land lease communities nationwide.

In June 2023, Kip Lewis and Jeff Eaton began building Lewis Eaton Investments. They have curated an experienced senior investment, development, and operations team with Dean Lewis, Darby Gancas, Dalton Little, Erika Rodriguez, and Connally Waight. LEI is a vertically integrated property management company with over 25 employees and an active portfolio of five communities in Texas.  The company, dba Lewis Investments, has been investing and operating in the RV/MH space for over 31 years. 

LEI is focused on helping to solve the attainable housing crisis that has been fueled by population growth, inadequate housing supply, and increasing housing costs. RV/MH communities offer a more affordable alternative to traditional housing options while providing a range of housing choices. LEI is strategically investing in RV/MH communities to meet the demand for affordable housing in Texas and other sunbelt states.
